I've solved it .. I used the query component to get data from my database and then i passed it to the html5 charts

    Hi jegordon,

You can use any html5 graph library inside your pentaho CDF for displaying your data. I have tried and tested flot(http://code.google.com/p/flot) and it works fine though I still have to put it in CDF to see it running but xaction is running like a camp.

I'll be posting the code(CDF) soon. Till then you can see a image (created using flot+html5+javascript)

Very nice. Like the clean and interactive charts on FLOT. Looking forwards to learning more about how this integrates into CCC/CDF/CDA.

Why don't you just use CCC? What's lacking there that makes you want to opt for other inferior chart forms?

Pedro, it will be any CCC dial chart in the future? Because i still have to use html5 charts for the dial (http://www.rgraph.net/examples/meter.html) .

    Thanks

    Hello,

First of I like the CCC charts, they're awesome.

Second, I'm wondering the same thing about the meters. I don't know why people like them so much, but they do. I was trying to create one myself, but I figured it's a flop http://forums.pentaho.com/showthread...lchart-attempt .
