Default kitchen tries to run jobs from a repository even when using -file option

I'm trying to run this job using kitchen, if you see the command you will find that I'm using the -file option, which should tell kitchen that I will be using the file not a repository, however despite of that, kitchen fails aprox. 15 after I started it and gives me this error

    No repository defined!

This is the command I used:

    ./kitchen.sh -file="/opt/pentaho/pdi-ce-4.1-stable/data-integration/transformations/rssFeeds5Job.ktr.kjb" -level=Basic -norep
And here are the error details:

    ux02:/opt/pentaho/pdi-ce-4.0.1-stable/data-integration> ./kitchen.sh -file="/opt/pentaho/pdi-ce-4.1-stable/data-integration/transformations/rssFeeds5Job.ktr.kjb" -level=Basic -norep

Your Job can be defined to run the transform from repository, even if the job is saved as a file.
Check the reference within your KJB file.

Not sure I understand you reply. Are you saying that I can't run a job from file if it's saved in the repository, can you be more specific please?

    Thanks!

Within your Job, you have a transformation "rssFeeds 5" which is defined within the Job to be pulled out of the repository.
However, since you aren't connected to your repository, it can't load it.

Two solutions: Run your Job from the repository, or export the Transforms as well as the Job.
