Thread: Environment variable with date ?

    Default Environment variable with date ?

    Hello,

    I use PDI 3.1.0-RC1 and I use the component "Create Env. Variable" to save a date (ie :dt_max) in a first thread. Then I create a second thread where I extract data from a table with a condition on this date. I preview my value and it is OK but I get an error message with the select from the second thread :

    Code:
    select id1, id2, dt1 from table where dt1 > ${dt_max}
    Code:
    Unrecognize SQL escape 'dt' in position...
    When I try without condition it is OK.
    Do you ever use env. variable with date ? How do you manage ?

    Thanks for your advice.

    Do you have the option "Substitute Environment Variables" turned on?
