    Default WebService

    Hi,

I am trying to expose a Kettle Job as a web service, but I couldn't
find the way to do it, initially I think there should be a webservice
executing the Kettle Job. I have seen some articles about BI Server,
does it have a web service feature?

    Many thanks,

Pooyan, this is not the right place to ask these questions.
This group is for people that contribute to the kettle codebase, not
    kettle users building transformations etc.

The short answer to your question is: yes it's possible - you can call
your job from within a bi-server action sequence which you can call
over HTTP, another possibility would be to do a call to carte server.
If you want to know how exactly, go to forums.pentaho.org and ask
    questions like these there.

    kind regards,

    Roland.
