jira permission error?

Browsing the pentaho repository, I saw this comment:

When I went to look at the referenced issue, I came across a permission error:

JIRA issues with the "PPP" prefix are for Pentaho BI Server Enterprise Edition. Those issues are only visible to a particular group of users.

That's not quite true, since I can see many other PPP issues, including ones created later than the referenced issue.

Maybe this is the *real* bug, but please consider carefully before doing anything as rash as removing public access from all PPP issues.
It would have been helpful for me to see PPP-2596 as a user, developer, and patch submitter since it affects the launcher for pentaho data integration.
