[Mondrian] TPC-DS for Mondrian

A few people have expressed interest in running Mondrian against the TPC-DS
benchmark <http://www.tpc.org/tpcds/tpcds.asp> . The benchmark is scalable,
in the sense that you can change a parameter to create a database of size
100GB, 300GB, ... up to 100TB.

Luc got this working recently, and he just attached the necessary bits and
pieces as a zip file to the MONDRIAN-839 jira
<http://jira.pentaho.com/browse/MONDRIAN-839> case.

create a PDI script to integrate it all.

I hope to do some more work on this in the next month or two. The Mondrian schema was done by some CS students at NCSU. They did an admirable job for the amount of time they had to learn Mondrian and OLAP, but I think it could be improved with a little work by somebody that’s seen a star schema data model for orders and inventory...
