    Default fetching timezone

    how to fetch the timezone from a date in your table column.
    for example ist or est or pst.

    AND

    how to store 2 different timezones in your 1 table:
    for example:
    storing pst & est in the same table with 2 cols:
    e.g. 2 fields pstdate & estdate in your table

    I think it should be depend on the database you are using.
    Which one you are using .. if its mysql you should get it by creating timezone tables -> http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/...fo-to-sql.html

    i found the ans:
    if u want the timezone specify zzz after the date format in select values step : i.e. yyyy/MM/dd HH:mm:ss zzz
