It's in the ZIP that you downloaded for PDI.

Kitchen is a command line program
    Spoon is a GUI

Make sure to download the correct version for your platform.

and after I have developed a job on pentaho on windows operating system, i'd like to run the jon on a unix server.
I have read that Kitchen kan run Jobs developped on PDI.
Goal : ranuning the job on a unix server
I have: server machine with unix OS (i have already install mysql and JRE) and kjb and ktr files.

I would have to assume that kitchen is included in your install directory.
If you have a support contract, then you would need to contact Pentaho to obtain the correct downloads.
If you have an evaluation version, you should also be able to contact Pentaho support.

If you use Community Edition, just download the correct version.
