    Default Kettle via Web Start

    Estoy tratando de utilizar el Kettle via Web Start.

    Me baje el codigo fuente de la version 4.1.0 de Kettle, genere el war y lo desplegué en mi tomcat. Luego, cuando quiero ingresar via web, el Java Web Start inicia, me descarga la aplicacion, pero antes de inicar Kettle la ventana se cierra. Alguien puede ayudarme con este problema ?

    No acabo de enternder tu objetivo.

    Kettle es una aplciación de escritorio.... o en cualquier caso un motor de ejecución ETL que se ejecuta via consola de comandos. Nunca he visto kettle montado en un servidor.

    Como mucho carte, que es el servidor etl.

    Que es lo que quieres hacer exactamente?

    Kettle tiene la posibilidad de ser montado en un servidor, y que a traves de un archivo jnlp, el usuario acceda a una url y cuando eso sucede, Kettle se descarga a la maquina del usuario y se ejecuta desde alli. De esta forma el usuario no necesita instalar nada, solo accede a la url y Kettle se descarga y ejecuta desde su maquina
