    Default Md5

hello guys, I have a question, exists a way to pass a field from one step to other, and this last step encript the field with md5?, I see the new steps for encrypt from version 4.2 ( oh my god! are AWESOME!), but md5 is not in the list.... any idea?

I'd imagine it's because MD5 isn't a way to encrypt data, it's a hash function which allows you to create a fingerprint of some data.

    See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MD5

If you truly want to generate an MD5 hash from your data, look at the "Add a checksum" transformation step in the "Transform" category.

Did you look at "Add a checksum" as per my previous reply ?
