    Default System Date Time Format

    HI,

    Is there any way to get the system date in this format 19:09:01 07 DEC 2011 ??

    I got the system date using 'Get System Info' and tried changing the format in 'Select Values'.. But i dont find this format..

    Please help..

    Hi.
    I'm not sure but I think that you can create your own date format.
    Just type: hh:mm:ss dd MM YYYY
    NOTE: instead of MM you have to find the proper code.
    I think that if you google date format for Java you'll find examples.

    Where should i give these date formats??? I tried in Select Values Step. But it is throwing an error.

    Hi Ponb,

    Try the attached transformation and make sure to read through the simpledateformat docs to understand how it works. You've likely provided a bad format, but since you chose not to share the error message with us, there is no way for us to know.
