Default Get mail - IMAP filter conditions not working

    Hi,

I am retrieving email via IMAP but the filter condition does not seem to work. See picture for setup.

It does not seem to make a difference whether I get 'All' mail' or unread mail.

Retrieving email workins it's just the filtering that does not.

Any ideas? I am using PDI 4.1

    Thanks

We are having trouble with the Sender (FROM) filter in Get mails (POP3/IMAP) step. Am I right, that just an email address should be entered there, like someone@company.org?
Without the filter everything works as expected.

Filters are not mentioned at all in the Wiki [1]. Also searching the web does not give us any hints...

In MailConnection.java FromStringTerm [1] is called to set the Sender (FROM) filter. It seems that FromStringTerm does not search the from email address.
